MUA Nail Polish - Pistachio Ice Cream

Hi Guys! I went into Superdrug the other week and thought that ESSIE had brought out mini polishes, I then realised that they were MUA's new polishes! The packaging is SO similar to ESSIE's its uncanny!

MUA's polishes are £1.00 and they have a variety of pretty colours. When I saw Pistachio Ice cream I had to have it, I think this polish is very similar to the famous ESSIE Mint Candy Apple, which I have wanted for ages but it always seems to be out of stock when I go into BOOTS.

I was expecting this polish to be streaky so was expecting to have to do 2-3 layers but as you can see from this photo below which is just one coat and I think it looks fine!

Overall I am so impressed with this polish and I have looked online and there are a couple more colours i'd like to try so I think my next purchase will be Amaretto Crush which is a pretty coral colour!

Have you tried any of the MUA polishes? What do you think of them?

MUA Undress me too

If you follow me on instagram you'll know that I am completly obsessed with MUA's Undress me too palette at the moment. I really like wearing gold/bronze colours on my eyes everyday.

The colours in this palette are very good quality considering the palette retails at £4.00! These shadows are really highly pigmented and are very blendable. If I am going for a natural look I will use ‘Naked’ across my lid and ‘Lavish’ in my crease and, if I want a bit more colour, I will use ‘Devotion’ and ‘Dreamy’. ‘Shy’ is a lovely highlighting colour, so I have been using this on my brow bone everyday. I am looking forward to using the darker colours for a night out.

I find that the colour lasts all day on my lids, but if I want to make it stay even longer I have been using my Maybelline colour tattoo eyeshadow in Eternal Gold as a base for the shadow.

This palette comes with 3 matte colours and the rest are shimmery. I think this is definitely one of my favorite MUA palettes. I do want to get their ‘Dusk till Dawn’ palette! I love MUA as a brand I think it’s brilliant. The products are all so cheap, yet they are actually very good quality.
Have you tried this palette? What is your favorite MUA product?

MUA Constellation- Gemini

Today I thought I would have a go at using my MUA constellation. I bought this about a month ago but haven't got around to trying it.

First of all I put on two thick layers of MeMeMe prime and protect gloss, I then added the MUA beads and finally I applied a top coat. When I wore these they looked so pretty and I did get a lot of compliments about them but they only lasted a day before half of the beads had come off. So overall I wasn't very impressed I was hoping that they would last at least a few days but then again they were only £3.00 so you cant really complain.
